The hotel is conveniently located with a classic and cozy room design, but the view is of the car park. The service could be improved, especially at the reception desk. The restaurant in the Carleton setting is beautiful, but the area is quite compact. The Korean dishes served were delightful and included in the package.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room had a balcony and an outdoor Jacuzzi, which was amazing, but it had 4 beds which was a little much for my needs. The service was good overall, although the reception desk could use some improvement in customer service. The location in beautiful gardens was simply stunning, and the dining experience was delightful with Mediterranean food. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay very enjoyable.
